Rocket Web has faced and dominated every 3rd party integration challenge posed to us. We do not like support issues at all. We love to code ourselves out of a job. As we take the time up front to be very careful in how we integrate with a 3rd party system our solutions work consistently. We also realize that no solution will work perfect all the time. We are committed, however, to working through to a customer based solution.
Multi-Channel
We have extensive experience with getting orders from multiple sources into Magento. This allows customers to have all their orders in one place and then maintain a single fulfillment process. For eBay orders, the new m2e extension provides free to the Magento community works quite well. For Amazon orders our custom Amazon to Magento extension is still the most robust collation we've seen. We strive to make sure sure multi-channel order management is a totally automated hands-off process.
Social Integration
Everyone has been putting social links on their websites. It's become a standard to put tweet, like and +1 buttons on product pages. The more everyone does this, the more noise gets created. If you're a social user, think of all the worthless stuff you ignore on Twitter, Facebook and Google +1. It's easy to game social systems of likes and followers. Search engines have caught onto this and are paying much less attention to this simple interaction. What sites really need to do is to get people to socially engage with them. Rocket Web connects Facebook applications to Magento stores. We pull social conversations into Magento stores to make them much more engaging. Payment Gateways
Authorize.net CIM - Starting with a well written extension for the Authorize.net Customer Information Manager we made some heavy modifications and performance tuning to allow for true zero dollar pre orders. Authorize.net requires a 1 penny authorization even if you want to save a credit card number in the CIM. With a very high volume website, customer complaints even about the 1 penny authorization were getting to be a problem. We've been able to both skip this 1 penny authorization and still allow for multiple orders each second.
Cardinal Centinel - One of our customers needed to use the Cardinal Centinel gateway from the providers of the 3D Secure service that has long been in Magento. A Cardinal Commerce integration partner has been working on this for several months but it wasn't ready for our client. One of our lead developers completed the gateway in 1 week.
