Shipping Invoice Verification
Our invoice verification system allows shipping departments to verify that the items on an invoice are the items in the box about to be shipped. Orders are verified using inexpensive hardware and bar code scanners. Orders are pulled into the invoice verification system on a regular schedule from your Magento or X-Cart website. Shipping department employees scan the invoice and the items for an order. If the order is good we print a verification label on a small label printer. If an order is incomplete and cannot be completed at this time, a separate printer can print a more detailed layaway tag for completing the order later. Managers are able to see how many orders are being processed and which employees are performing the best. Shippers are able to accomplish everything they need with a scanner and small keyboard or number pad. No mouse is required to use the invoice verification system.
